Background: As part of our broader efforts to build the CLIENT brand for both customers and employees we are introducing a Learning Management System (LMS) platform for employees which will be branded as CLIENT Toolbox. While a beta version of the LMS was introduced to FHIA employees earlier this year we have the opportunity to redesign the Toolbox before it is introduced to the entire organization at the end of July. This redesign will focus on improving user experience and aligning the LMS platform with CLIENT visual and strategic direction.
The project is being executed in collaboration with the Learning & Development (L&D) team who are in the process of building out new resources and processes for employees to enhance internal learning and development.
Objective: The goal of the redesign is to align the design with CLIENTS brand simplify navigation and ensure that the L&D team has the tools to manage content effectively. We aim to create a cohesive and accessible experience for our teams.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of UX design experience.
Proficiency in HTML using semantic tags for structure and accessibility. Proper use of headings form elements buttons tables and navigation.
Experience designing in alignment with brand guidelines.
