To achieve its ambition to be the reference in pet health through nutrition Royal Canin wants to continue to push the barriers of nutrition and individualization. The Enterprise Strategy Operationalization (ESO) Team is a newly created team which will be agnostic to drive an enterprise view and be focused on orchestrating the delivery of our together S&OP Project/Program Management and Graphics into one dedicated team which drives cross functional WOW.
The Center of Expertise Graphics Role will be a critical role in enabling the vision of this with driving continuous improvement of our current processes whilst also exploring and optimizing for the Timings WOW and driving agility in our WOW.
What are we looking for
Qualifications:
- Higher education in Marketing Communication Design or Packaging Science.
- 3-5 years of experience in packaging design and production preferably within advertising or the graphic chain (agency photoengraver).
- Fluency in English.
Skills:
- Strong project and process management abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Customer-centric mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the graphic chains technical aspects including production repro steps and printing.
- Familiarity with packaging materials and printing technologies and understanding marketing and design principles.
- Effective communication skills and commitment to teamwork.
- Organizational skills to optimize resource allocation and achieve results with the ability to transparently report issues and resolve challenges.
- Ability manage time effectively and adapt to changing environments.
What would be your key responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance the Graphics Chain for timely full deliveries and quality outcomes.
- Exploration: Evaluate new technologies to improve graphics processes.
- Agile Testing: Implement a test-and-learn approach for rapid adaptation of new methods.
- Process Integration: Integrate successful improvements into existing workflows with minimal disruption.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze metrics to identify improvement areas and assess change impacts.
- Best Practices Development: Establish and promote high standards within the graphics team.
- Collaboration and Training: Share knowledge and train team members on new tools and processes.
- Global Graphics Compliance: Assist regional teams in adapting new processes while harmonizing practices.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain documentation for Graphics Production processes.
- Data Support: Foster a data-driven mindset among regional teams to maximize data value.
