Are you fluent in Icelandic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
We are looking for Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-growing digital support team for one of the worlds leading e-commerce platforms. This is a fully remote opportunity where youll be working in a dynamic international environment helping customers across various channels including chat voice and email.
About the Role
In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers offering solutions with empathy and professionalism. Youll work with a supportive team to ensure smooth efficient and positive experiences for every customer you engage with. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat phone and email
Resolve issues efficiently and with a customer-first mindset
Manage sensitive and high-risk situations with discretion
Escalate complex cases as needed and follow up to ensure resolution
Stay up to date on internal policies and platform updates
What We Are Looking For
Fluency in Icelandic (B2/C1 level) both written and spoken
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (50 preferred)
Excellent listening and communication skills
A calm empathetic and proactive attitude
Previous experience in customer service e-commerce or BPO is a plus
Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts (including evenings/weekends)
You must be self-employed and able to invoice within the EU
