Job Description
We are a local Repossession Company looking to add a full time Post Repossession Customer Service Representative to the team in Kennett Square PA. We are a rapidly growing company looking to add to a well-organized detail-oriented motivated individual to the team!
This position will report daily in office to our Kennett Square Corporate office.
Skills :
- Respond to customer inquiries related to vehicle repossession.
- Provide clear information on repossession processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in our systems.
- Work to resolve conflicts and provide solutions that meet both the customers needs and company policies.
- Continuously update knowledge of company policies and industry regulations related to repossession.
