Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team and deliver outstanding service to customers across international markets. If youre customer-oriented tech-savvy and fluent in German wed love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German

Provide product service or technical support based on customer needs

Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM tools

Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary

Follow company communication procedures guidelines and policies

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with computers CRM systems and tech tools

Ability to work in rotating shifts (if applicable)

Team player with a positive and professional attitude
