On behalf of our client we are seeking a commercially astute individual who can take the lead on projects own client relationships and free up the founder to focus on strategic growth. This is more than a delivery role its a chance to shape the business and be rewarded for it.

What youll do

Lead cybersecurity privacy and IT assurance engagements end-to-end.
- Act as fractional CISO/DPO for retainer clients in fintech gaming accounting and other sectors.
- Oversee ISO 27001 and DORA readiness projects from planning to implementation.

Build strong lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Identify and act on opportunities to expand services in Cyprus and abroad.
What you bring
- 5 years experience in cybersecurity privacy or IT audit ideally with exposure to financial services.
- Strong track record in client-facing delivery with the ability to manage juniors or outsourced teams.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Implementer/Auditor CISA CISSP or CIPP/E.

Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Confidence to represent the organisation at events conferences and in high-level discussions.
