Job Description
We are recruiting for a Casual Kiosk Chef to join our culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW.

The Role
- Available to work Thursday through Sunday day shifts
- 24 to 38 hours per week.
- Level 6 hourly rate: M-F at $38.35 Sat at $46.02 Sun at $53.69 plus super
- Preparing exceptionally presented dishes consistent in flavour and appearance
- Run the section allocated
- Ensure food is served at agreed quality and speed of service
- Working with a large company with multiple restaurants
- Follow all food safety procedures and legislation
About You
- A motivated chef with a passion for creating excellent dishes
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role from busy cafe
- Certified in Commercial Cookery
- Punctual self-driven and autonomous whilst being open to direction and learning
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic
