Senior Project Management Specialist

Boeing is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Management Specialist to join our Airplane Safety Engineering (ASE) team in Everett WA. In this critical role you will drive initiatives that enhance the safety reliability and performance of our aircraft systems. You will be a central point of coordinationpartnering with engineering experts program leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure safety-focused projects are delivered on time on scope and to the highest standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the planning execution and monitoring of ASE integrated projects and safety plans

• Facilitate collaboration across engineering teams stakeholders and leadership to align priorities and resolve challenges

• Develop and maintain clear project documentation schedules and progress reports

• Participate in risk assessments safety analyses and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Provide both technical and administrative oversight to keep projects on track and outcomes impactful

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• 8 years experience in project coordination or project management within an engineering or technical environment

• Proven understanding of safety-critical project processes standards and regulatory frameworks

• Proficiency with modern project management tools and software to track progress and drive execution

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
