Role: Business Analyst - Excel & Data Management Specialist
Location: Alpharetta GA (Onsite)

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical 2 5 years of experience Business Analyst with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting validating analysing and presenting business data to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect clean and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of business data.
- Use Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables charts Power Query VBA/macros preferred) to analyse trends and prepare reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards trackers and performance reports.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Support management with ad hoc data requests summaries and presentations.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive business information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Commerce Economics Data Analytics or related field.
- 2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas pivot tables lookups conditional formatting macros etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with VBA / Excel automation.
- Exposure to SQL Power Query or Power Automate.
- Understanding of business processes and data governance.
