You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Disability Support Worker you will help people with disabilities through programs funded by the NDIS. These programs include group activities one-on-one support short stays and supported living homes.
Your lived experience will enable you to support each person in a way that suits their needs and goals. Youll help individuals stay independent make choices and keep their relationships strong. Youll follow their personal support plans while working and may also talk with their families carers and other services they use.
The aim is to help each person live the life they choose in a safe and respectful way.
Our work isnt easy but it matters. Work with people who care as much as you.
