About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Temple TX as a Journeyman Plumber! We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about providing top-notch plumbing services and ensuring customer satisfaction in every job.

Responsibilities:

Install repair and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure plumbing systems are functioning properly.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Stay updated with industry trends and local plumbing codes.
Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services rendered.

Requirements:

Valid Texas plumbing license as a Journeyman Plumber.
Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Willingness to work flexible hours including on-call shifts.
