You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Indirect District Leader you will lead sales and commercial partnerships in a key market focusing on driving revenue growth and optimizing market penetration through product portfolio management.
Your role:
Formulates a country-specific sales and distribution strategy and sales plan including detailed sales forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to drive business growth and optimize resource allocation for reaching sales targets and expanding into new markets.
Leads district sales teams and collaborates with product specialists to ensure market success aligning functions to meet sales targets optimize strategies and address customer needs effectively.
Oversees sales volume order intake and financial target achievement by strategically driving performance managing P&L optimizing resources and controlling budgets within the country or key market.
Builds credibility and long-term relationships with customers to achieve sustained sales objectives fostering trust and delivering exceptional value to ensure ongoing business success.
Leads country-wide sales promotions and incentive programs assessing their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes and achieve targeted revenue growth.
Takes charge of succession planning and comprehensive talent management guiding employee selection performance management compensation and career development to align with organizational goals.
Youre the right fit if you:
Possess a Masters Degree preferred with 10 years of relevant experience in medical devices or health systems.
Demonstrate a commercial mindset and strategic thinking abilities with strong project management skills.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills vital for effective customer relationship management and internal stakeholder engagement.
Have strong people and matrix management skills ensuring effective team coordination and leadership across various functions.
Display a deep understanding of healthcare within the assigned territory with regional and cross-country experience as a plus and fluency in English.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This role is an office role.
