The Opportunity
Applications are invited for a Learning and Teaching Administrator to join an outstanding Professional Services team in the School of Divinity. This post will provide an effective administrative service for all aspects of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching learning and assessment in the School and will support undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate taught (PGT) Boards of Examiners and all related processes.
The post holder will work in close coordination with one other Learning and Teaching Administrator to jointly provide course and programme support across the full taught curriculum and ensure continuity of service. Elements of the remit will be divided between the two posts with each post holder also acting as course secretary for their own suite of assigned courses.
Effectiveness in this role critically requires someone who can work well with others has a friendly approachable manner meets all deadlines and is committed to providing the highest possible quality of service to students and staff.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week) fixed term for 12 months. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
