Role Overview:
The firm is seeking an associate with at least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits for executive level-pay. Particular history with post-merger advisory and planning. The role includes advising on qualified plans health and welfare benefits programs executive compensation structures performance or equity incentives and severance packages. Daily duties will be working with high-stakes corporate transactions developing acute industry-specific knowledge and engaging with stakeholders and compensation committees. The team offers a collegiate envrionment with a long-tenured structure built for fostering growth and advancement.
