Four Star Seafood is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Manager who is excited to join our quickly growing company oversee all aspects of the customer service process drive and support post-sale client engagement including managing relationships delivering performance insights and driving revenue growth through creative and proactive strategies.
The primary role of the Customer Service Manager is to lead by example by participating in day-to-day customer service operations with the customer service team and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. This role will design tools processes and ensure a seamless customer experience with order processing and issue resolution. As the team leader you work alongside the team and handle escalated customer issues provide guidance and mentoring to team members and drive continuous improvement in operation efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
If you would like to join our dynamic team you will bring the following traits to the position:
WORK SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY:
This is a full-time position based out of the San Francisco location and is 100% on-site work. Work schedule is Monday Friday with approximate hours of 7:00am 4:00pm.
This roles hours will be the following for first 2 months:
Wednesday to Saturday: 7:00am 4:00pm
Monday: 2:00am 10:00am
Sunday and Tuesday: OFF
Some flexibility is required based on business needs. Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a full-time salary exempt position that works 100% on-site at our San Francisco location. The pay scale is $80000 $85000 annually with potential for future bonus structure. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees including paid time off medical vision and dental addition employees receive fresh seafood products and company merchandise at cost plus 10%.
