About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in Adobe Marketo to join our growing marketing this role you will be responsible for designing building executing and optimizing automated marketing campaigns that generate leads drive engagement and accelerate pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end setup of email campaigns nurturing workflows and triggered programs within Marketo.
- Build and manage Marketo programs including lead scoring segmentation dynamic content and email personalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regional marketing sales content product) to launch marketing automation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Clone and customize Marketo programs for global or regional campaign reuse.
- Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle management ensuring accurate syncing with CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
- Monitor campaign performance and generate insights to improve KPIs such as open rate CTR MQL conversion and email deliverability.
- Ensure marketing automation best practices including compliance with GDPR CAN-SPAM and other data privacy regulations.
- Support A/B testing and reporting across campaigns and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Adobe Marketo in a B2B or enterprise marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation strategy email marketing and lead management.
- Experience integrating Marketo with CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficient in HTML/CSS for email templates and landing pages.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools and campaign performance analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Marketo certification is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global or regional marketing execution especially within complex marketing operations teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Workfront Asana or Jira.
- Knowledge of marketing data governance and database segmentation strategies.
