Pluralsight is seeking a Senior Manager North America Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts and help us find the best talent to continue our mission of shaping the future of tech. What youll do:
Lead with Vision: Youll be the driving force behind our North America talent acquisition strategy working directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop innovative plans that align with our ambitious business objectives.
Build & Grow Teams: Youll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy to execution for a variety of business functions. Youll also hire train and mentor a team of recruiters ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
Strategize & Innovate: Youll be a master of forecasting predicting hiring needs and proactively developing strategies to ensure we have the right talent at the right time. Youll also lead key projects to enhance our hiring processes and candidate experience.
Partner & Influence: Youll serve as a key partner to our People Business Partners Finance team and business leaders providing data-driven insights and strategic guidance to ensure alignment and effective communication on all recruiting efforts.
Experience youll bring:
Experience & Expertise: You have a minimum of 8 years of talent acquisition experience or 6 years with an advanced degree. Youve been a proven leader in your field and have a track record of success.
Strategic Mindset: Youre not just reacting to needsyoure anticipating them. You have a keen ability to analyze data assess workloads and implement scalable efficient recruiting processes.
Communication & Influence: You can effectively communicate recruiting strategies and status updates to all levels of the organization and youre skilled at building strong trusting relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively make decisions more quickly and build a stronger culture while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:
This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

Pay Transparency:
The US base salary range for this role is $95000-$130500 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location skills experience and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
