Job Description
Job Title : IT Support Specialist (Child Welfare Applications Large-Scale Rollout)
Location: New York NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience delivering IT support services within a child welfare environment.
- Proven track record of providing implementation support for new application deployments in child welfare settings.
- Hands-on experience offering on-site user support for a large-scale distributed child welfare application serving over 15000 users.
- Involved in large-scale rollouts (15000 users) including conducting needs assessments supporting production launches and delivering ongoing post-implementation support.
- Bachelors degree obtained.
