Job Description

In this role you can expect to:

  • Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.

  • Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One Model.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms.

 

  •  

Qualifications :

 

  •     A Bachelors degree in Business Data Science or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in people and/or talent analytics.

  • Expertise in data visualization platforms such as One Model Tableau Power BI or similar tools.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data insights clearly.

  • Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.

  • Familiarity with People Data Platforms such as OneModel or Visi
