Job Description
- Oversee Estimation Process: Lead the estimation of all projects ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analysis and Standards: Conduct analysis of past project performances to establish and refine estimating standards for future projects.
- Software Oversight: Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of bid management and estimating software recommending improvements as needed.
- Standardization and Training: Develop standardized estimating methods and processes and train other estimators in their use.
- Leadership: Have the final say on procedures processes techniques and personnel decisions for all assigned projects ensuring the highest standards of estimation are maintained.
Salary: $150000 $250000
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in estimating Commercial Drywall projects.
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Expertise in bid management and estimating software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
- Experience in establishing standardized estimating methods and processes.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
