Job Description
This is a high-level position responsible for creating & implementing strategies and pricing for the companys Crop Protection & Seed ventures. This is a high-level position that requires a front-facing leader and someone experienced with Crop Protection and Seed.Job Duties
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers employees supervisors and suppliers.
- Assist with daily operations at locations which may include receiving loading and delivering products along with treating seed.
- Manage employees.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Agronomy Degree and multiple years of experience in the Agriculture industry. Experience may be substituted for education.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker Endorsement.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs handle exposure to weather conditions and work extended seasonal hours.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification.
- Previous experience operating and servicing farm machinery.
- Farming background or experience with the application of crop protection products preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Farming background
- Application Experience
- Chemical application education preferred
