We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our this role you will be the first point of contact for guests ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes handling inquiries and providing top-notch service to enhance the guest experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in check-out and reservation processes.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage room assignments payments and relevant documentation accurately.
Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk area.
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training preferred.
Previous experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic office applications.
Ability to multitask stay organized and remain calm under pressure.
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
