Your Role: Community Receptionist
As a Community Receptionist youll be the welcoming face of one of our large upscale apartment communities in Chino this role youll provide professional front-desk greeting administrative support and energetic customer service to potential and current residents.
This position is currently based at our Chino community as part of a backfill need. Upon completion of this assignment the selected candidate will transition to a similar role at another Lewis property within our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet and assist residents guests and prospects
Manage phones and email correspondence
Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
Maintain marketing materials and front-desk displays
Collaborate with leasing consultants and community managers
Support community events and special projects as needed

What Youll Need
Professionalism polish and a welcoming personality
Experience in upscale retail receptionist or sales environments a plus
Excellent organizational skills multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
A valid drivers license is preferred
Availability to work 9:00am6:00pm weekends required (days off: Monday & Tuesday)
Compensation & Perks
Base Pay: $21.50/hour
