Community Receptionist Homecoming at The Preserve (Chino CA)

Your Role: Community Receptionist
As a Community Receptionist youll be the welcoming face of one of our large upscale apartment communities in Chino this role youll provide professional front-desk greeting administrative support and energetic customer service to potential and current residents.
This position is currently based at our Chino community as part of a backfill need. Upon completion of this assignment the selected candidate will transition to a similar role at another Lewis property within our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist residents guests and prospects
- Manage phones and email correspondence
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
- Maintain marketing materials and front-desk displays
- Collaborate with leasing consultants and community managers
- Support community events and special projects as needed

What Youll Need
- Professionalism polish and a welcoming personality
- Experience in upscale retail receptionist or sales environments a plus
- Excellent organizational skills multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- A valid drivers license is preferred
- Availability to work 9:00am6:00pm weekends required (days off: Monday & Tuesday)
Compensation & Perks
- Base Pay: $21.50/hour
