About the Role
Reporting into the Digital Media Manager you will support the implementation of the Digital Media strategy planning and buying across Digital Media channels and partnerships including Sportsmate YouTube Spotify and SVOD and will work closely with other key functions across the Media Marketing and broader Customer department.
The Digital landscape is continuously evolving and the team is seeking a specialist who will evolve how we buy and plan our media to reach our target market while delivering a rich customer experience for prospects and existing customers.
You will collaborate with the team and their media agency with the aim of maximising effective brand awareness (core metrics include reach attention and MCSOV) to drive TOMA and new customer acquisition/reactivations and existing customer retention.
You have great people skills which allow you to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders across the business and externally. You understand the 101s of ATL (and specifically Digital) Media and can plan implement and post analyse the performance of all media campaigns.
You communicate with impact through strong storytelling capability. Customer experience is at the forefront of your mind. You are always thinking about how Sportsbet needs to evolve to remain at the forefront providing a best-in-class customer experience.
About You
- Proven experience in Marketing and Media
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse stakeholder group
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to read and analyse high volumes of data
- Excellent administrative and analytical skills
- Ability to use detailed data and analysis to draw insight
- An understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of media channels
- Ability to problem-solve and look at alternatives to tackling a problem/challenge
- Strong attention to detail
