About the RoleAs our SDA Engagement Officer youll play a key role in supporting successful tenanting of our new SDA be the link between potential tenants their families support providers and allied health teams helping ensure each person finds a home thats safe suitable and empowering. Key ResponsibilitiesManage enquiries applications and waitlists for SDA propertiesFacilitate and participate in tenancy and stakeholder meetingsSupport successful SDA applications (including legacy upgrades)Coordinate tenant matching in shared housing environmentsAssist tenants and providers with transitions into new homesMaintain accurate records reports and progress notesCollaborate with internal teams across tenancy management marketing and maintenanceContribute to projects audits and promotional activitiesAbout YouYoull bring: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience working with people with disability and their support networks Understanding of (or experience with) the NDIS and SDA processes Excellent record-keeping and organisational abilities Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex situations Relevant qualifications in disability studies social welfare social work or allied health or equivalent experienceApplicants with lived experience of disability are strongly encouraged to Guardian LivingMake a meaningful impact enjoy a flexible hybrid work model and be part of a supportive innovative team!Apply Now: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to Close: 12/11/25
