We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and organized environment ensuring that every interaction reflects our companys values and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls emails and messages directing them to the appropriate departments.
Schedule and coordinate appointments meetings and conference room usage.
Maintain the reception areas cleanliness and organization.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure security protocols are followed for all visitors and deliveries
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
Proven experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
