Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Replacing mechanical seals on pumps and compressors
- Performing motor alignments
- Diagnosing and working with electrical systems and controls
- Troubleshooting and servicing multiple brands of equipment and control systems
- Understanding industrial-level ammonia refrigeration systems (not residential or commercial-only experience)
Capable of: - Working independently in client facilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when operators cannot
Performing start-ups of ammonia refrigeration systems
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Experienced in both commercial and industrial refrigeration
- Self-motivated hands-on and a self-starter
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with travel and participating in an on-call rotation
- Must have a clean driving record
