- Provide support and guidance for junior technicians and apprentices.

- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Participate in training and development programs to elevate personal and team capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project progress and technical issues.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic repair and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electronic principles and circuitry.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Certification in relevant electronic systems is preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to work.
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic design software are advantageous.
