Job Description:
Apply renew and cancel work passes (e.g. Employment Pass S Pass Work Permit) via relevant government portals (e.g. MOM).
Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid compliance issues.
Liaise with government authorities and employees on work pass matters.
Maintain accurate records of work pass statuses and documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies procedures and benefits.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with internal HR work process
Assist in monthly payroll updates & maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including document preparation orientation coordination and staff setup.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
1-2 years of relevant HR experience especially in work pass administration.
Familiarity with Singapore s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Proficient in MS Offices
Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
