Administer medications injections and IV fluids as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor vital signs patient progress and report abnormalities promptly.
Assist in wound care dressing changes and post-operative recovery.
Support doctors during clinical procedures examinations and emergency care.
Maintain accurate patient records charts and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions treatment plans and aftercare.
Ensure infection control measures are followed strictly in patient areas.
Manage admission discharge and transfer processes professionally.
Handle medical equipment with proper care and ensure maintenance protocols are followed.
Deliver compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.
Diploma / / in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid State/National Nursing Council Registration.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
Strong clinical and emergency response skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Knowledge of patient safety standards and hospital protocols.
Empathy professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Good physical stamina and ability to work long shifts.
