This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM 1 hour unpaid lunch break Atlanta (Eastern Time)
Responsibilities:
Filter and qualify leads generated from automated texting software that reaches 1000 prospects daily
Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination
Call clients after service completion to gather feedback on the service experience
Request and facilitate customer reviews following service visits
Follow up with clients after service visits for satisfaction and relationship maintenance
Reach out to existing clients who are due for repeat services
Handle general administrative tasks and client communications
Manage both phone and email communications with a professional demeanor
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
Excellent phone communication skills with clear professional tone of voice
Strong attention to detail for scheduling and booking accuracy
Proactive approach to client relationship management
Trainable and adaptable to new processes and systems
Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
Ability to work full-time hours
Scope:
Full-time remote position working from home
Initial focus on supporting 3 daily service jobs with plans for significant scaling
First virtual assistant hire for the company with potential for team growth
Direct reporting to the business owner with hands-on training and support
Role focused on lead qualification and client relations not sales closing
Immediate start preferred with urgent hiring timeline
