As a Vendor Experience Specialist (Activation & Onboarding KYC/KYB) you will support the daily execution of partner onboarding and compliance workflows. This junior-level role ensures that partners are verified correctly set up and smoothly activated on the platform providing hands-on assistance across multiple steps in the vendor activation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and collect KYB/KYC documents flagging incomplete or incorrect submissions.
Enter and update partner data in internal systems and tools with high accuracy.
Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions (platform setup menu upload device handoff).
Support in monitoring partner performance during the first 30-60 days and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with Sales Logistics Legal Account Management and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and execution.
Maintain task trackers and ensure operational SLAs are followed.
Contribute to internal documentation and FAQs based on recurring partner needs or blockers.
Qualifications :
12 years of experience in administrative support operations onboarding or customer-facing roles.
High attention to detail and ability to work with structured documentation (KYB/KYC).
Experience with KYC and KYB is a plus.
Comfortable working across systems and tools (Excel CRM ticketing platforms and Salesforce).
Proactive organized and collaborative mindset; eager to learn and grow.
Fluency in English German and Hungarian preferably.
