Job Description
Automotive Service Advisor required near St. Albans
up to 32000 basic salary
Monday to Friday with Saturday AM (1 in 2)
This is a genuinely great opportunity to join a business that rarely recruits and is looking to support the Directors in their running of the garage.
Established since the 2000s this Independent Specialist requires a customer facing Advisor to assist with all customers as well as workshop loading. You will be welcomed into a closely knit team and family that holds its customers and staff at its core.
The business is known for the quality of work and as the local specialist as such your initial contact with the customer will be key to defining their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and scheduling services
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Providing additional services including service plans
- Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.

To be considered for the role you must hold customer service experience ideally within the Motor Trade.
