Job Description
WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Carrier Integration Specialist you and your colleagues play an important role in meeting the departments goals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead the technical dialogue for onboarding new last mile carriers
- Analyzing EDI/API documentation from carriers and ensuring that implementations meet JYSK standards
- Configuring carriers in Delivery Management Systems and other relevant systems
- Collaborating closely with carriers and other external partners during carrier integration projects
- Participating in testing and validation of carrier integrations coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Optimize use of logistics applications identifying and standardizing best practices across carrier partners
- Document carrier integration processes and flows
- Living our JYSK Values; Tradesman Colleague and Corporate Spirit
Your base will be in the Distribution Centre in Bozhurishte. As the position is international 20-40 travel days a year is expected.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Experience:
- Proven experience working with IT integration of carriers through EDI/API
- Experience working with Delivery Management Systems and logistics is a plus
Skills:
- Ability to interpret and work with EDI & API documentation
- Strong logical thinking problem-solving skills
- SQL knowledge is a plus
Qualifications:
- Background working with last mile carrier integrations
- Experience to work collaboratively in a cross-functional international environment
- English - communicative level (min. B2)
