Job Summary

We are now looking for a Logistics Officer for Integrated Network Services in Europe.

Within Tetra Pak Services Supply Network is responsible for delivering parts consumables and other materials to our customers to help them sustain and grow their business. The Integrated Network acts within a dynamic environment being responsible for securing and optimizing the logistics flow and working to deliver the highest on time in full services for our internal and external customers.

The position will be based in Lund and will report to the Integrated Network Manager Europe.

What you will do

In this position you will handle and administrate shipping of Parts and Maintenance Units to customers around the world and to our Distribution Centres (DCs) including issuing all relevant export documentation.

As our new colleague you will:

  • Coordinate the parts flow to Market Companies and end customers.
  • Plan coordinate and book all transports to DC and final customers.
  • Responsible for invoicing and issuing all relevant export documentation.
  • Assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time at the lowest cost.
  • Work in close cooperation with the warehouse and forwarders to meet daily/weekly deadlines.

We believe you have

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years operational experience with Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Knowledge in SAP R/3 BO and Power BI Tools
  • Experience in programming tools such as Python and Power Automate
  • Experience handling certificates and legal shipping documents.
  • Fluency in English verbal and written is a must
