Sr. Manager Customer Engagement Innovation Channel Marketing USVC Lens

As a Sr. Manager Customer Engagement Innovation supporting the US Vision Care Lens Channel Marketing Team in our Fort Worth TX location you will be responsible leading marketing activities for managed care partnerships with Alcon developing Channel Marketings go-to-market strategy for emerging retailers and networks in the contact lens space and for co-leading the development of a new customer program in partnership with our Enterprise Strategy and Operations team. Your experience in customer/stakeholder relationship management brand and/or shopper marketing and project management will be essential to success in this role.
In this role a typical day will include:
- Collaborate with account leads as a strategic partner to understand customer needs identify opportunities and implement solutions.
- Develop and execute Alcon marketing plans for managed care partners from strategy to asset development and delivery collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external creative agency partners to ensure timeline and budgets are met and assets meet customer and legal requirements.
- Develop clear data driven go-to-market strategies enrolling cross-functional partners.
- Co-lead the development and implementation of a customer program pilot in partnership with Enterprise Strategy and Operations (ESOP) team and other cross-functional partners with specific responsibility for leading marketing deliverables.
- Partner with creative agency and internal insights team to deliver clear brand identity positioning and sales materials in support of the pilot.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or highschool15 yrs; Assoc.11 yrs; M.S.4 yrs; PhD3 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage competing priorities oversee timelines drive clarity and challenge assumptions.
- Experience working with creative agencies and managing the development of marketing assets.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and to influence without authority
- Knowledge of healthcare B2B and B2B2C marketing with preference for medical device/optometry industry experience.
- The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English.
- Travel requirements: up to 15%
