Join us on our journey: To drive the smart and sustainable energy future we are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Brand this role you will manage our brand toolbox from logos imagery and templates to the development of all visual and verbal brand assets. You will also play a key role in strategic initiatives to help shape a more brand-led organization and will work closely with our Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented both internally and externally.

  • Start Date: 15.09.2025

  • Employment Type: Full-Time indefinite term

  • Salary-Range: 65000 - 75000 EUR annual salary

  • Working Mode: Office Work Setup

  • Language Requirement: Business proficiency in both English and German (C1)

  • Location: Munich Germany

Your Responsibilities

Brand Management & Governance

  • Maintain and further develop the Entrix brand toolbox including guidelines templates logos imagery and other key assets.

  • Ensure consistent brand application across all channels formats and markets.

  • Develop and update brand and strategy documentation to reflect evolving company market needs.

External Partner Coordination

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies designers photographers and other brand-related service providers.

  • Oversee production of printed materials trade show booths and other physical brand assets.

  • Coordinate website projects in collaboration with external web agencies.

Internal Brand Enablement

  • Conduct brand training sessions and workshops for internal teams to strengthen brand understanding and usage.

  • Work with departments (e.g. People Sales Product) to help them apply brand consistently.

  • Provide guidance on what works best in terms of brand expression for different commercial and communication purposes.

Brand as an Enabler

  • Act as a brand ambassador helping teams see how the brand can support their work and enhance their impact.

  • Ensure brand assets are easy to find up-to-date and practical for daily use.

  • Continuously gather feedback on brand tools and processes to improve usability and adoption.

Your Profile
  • Education: Degree in Marketing Communications Design Management or a related field.

  • Experience: 34 years of experience in brand management ideally in B2B tech or energy-related environments.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple brand-related projects with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

  • Interpersonal Skills: Able to communicate brand concepts in an engaging and practical way to diverse audiences.

What sets you apart:

  • Experience rolling out a new brand within an organisation.

  • Knowledge of print production and trade fair booth design processes.

  • Eye for Design: Strong sense of visual identity layout and brand aesthetics (design software knowledge is a plus).

  • Ability to translate brand strategy into practical tools and day-to-day applications for the wider organization.

  • Passion for sustainability and the energy transition.

You are not a fit if...

  • You prefer to work only on creative ideas without following through on implementation.

  • You are not comfortable managing external agencies designers and other creative partners and internal stakeholder

  • You find it difficult to switch between day-to-day asset coordination and long-term strategic topics.

Over the past few years Ive worked with different players in the energy sector including Bayernwerk (DSO) and BayWa r.e. and thats when I really found my passion for the energy transition.
