Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices streamlining processes and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Senior L&D Specialist
Collaborate with L&D experts on upskilling activities support buddy networks adapt training materials and design upskill processes
Work on developing organizing and conducting learning journeys paths programs and design workshops and special training events (e.g. prompting parties)
Analyze and visualize relevant learning and training KPIs
Design materials for training solutions create and implement learning events such as digital up-skill offerings and workshops
Develop materials handouts data visualizations and presentations related to learning offerings
Support the delivery of learning and development services ensure business improvements and requests are implemented as needed and maintain the highest quality in the services provided
Collaborate with key stakeholders such as AI Representatives and work alongside L&D and Training Operations teams to translate business needs into L&D offerings.
University degree
2 years of experience in a similar role ideally in a professional services environment
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
Relevant experience and knowledge in Learning & Development
Data analysis and visualization skills e.g. Power BI
Highly reliable and accurate with strong organizational and communication skills able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in German and/or French language.
