We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Global Logistics Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities of this role include but are limited to:
- Strategically plan manage and direct freight activities across multiple locations in the region
- Liaise and negotiate with regional carriers to control and improve costs and services
- Direct and manage the warehouses in the NA region.
- Comply with laws regulations and ISO requirements
- Manage budget and operating expenses for all locations
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with trade compliance activity per company policy
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and services for efficiencies
- Manage Travel policy and costs for the region

Requirements :
- Bachelors in Logistics or related fields
- 7 years of experience in carrier negotiation and election- mandatory
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience with domestic import/export; international experience a plus
- Experience in WMS and TMS using ERP systems
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
