Business Analyst 3
Austin Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only

Need Overall 10Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects are must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
- 8 years Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
- 8 years Experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement
- 8 years Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
- 8 years Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
- 5 years Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
- 5 years Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Preferred:
- 3 years Experience with the requirements management software Modern Requirements
- 3 years Experience with the issue tracking software Atlassian Jira
- 2 years Experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
- 1 year Experience with the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program
Specific Skills:
- Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
- Business Process Re-engineering
- User Stories & Use Cases Development
- UX Design (Wireframes Mockups)
