The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a growth-minded Vice President of Operations to help lead and scale operations within a project-based services business. Reporting to senior leadership this role will play a critical part in driving execution strengthening teams and building repeatable operating systems that support long-term growth.

This leader will bring an ownership mindset a bias toward action and the ability to translate strategy into executionwhile fostering a high-performance values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

• Recruit develop and retain top operational talent
• Build a culture of accountability trust and continuous improvement

Operational Excellence

• Strengthen and standardize operating processes to ensure consistency quality and scalability
• Drive on-time on-budget project execution with a strong customer-first mindset

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with sales and leadership to align execution with growth objectives
• Improve communication handoffs and accountability across teams

Systems & Reporting

• Support the implementation and adoption of core operating systems and reporting rhythms
• Use data and KPIs to inform decisions and drive performance

Execution & Change Management

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Champion change while maintaining operational stability and momentum

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in construction project-based or field-service environments
• Proven people leader with experience managing and motivating frontline teams
• Strong bias for action with the ability to operate in fast-paced growth environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150000$160000 commensurate with experience
