The Elementary School Counseling Program provides education prevention and intervention activities which are integrated into all aspects of students lives. The program teaches knowledge attitudes and skills students need to acquire in academic career and social/emotional development which serve as the foundation for future success. The goal is for all students to achieve optimal personal growth acquire positive social skills and values build career awareness and realize their full academic potential to become productive contributing members of their community and society.

Terms:
All teachers are members of the Chelsea Teachers Union (CTU). The length of the school day is 6.5 hours but subject to longer hours for schools with extended day. The number of school days are 185 salary info onCPS website.
