Job Description

Overview:

Our client is a key player in the software solutions sector offering a fast-paced dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management and Relationship Building

  • Map and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships; ensure all data is updated in CRM.
  • Understand client industries identify opportunities and position relevant solutions.
  • Act as the single point of contact for key accounts across products issues and escalations.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive consultative selling with clear account-wise business targets.
  • Customize offerings in collaboration with internal teams to meet client goals.
  • Manage pricing commercials contract renewals and SLA adherence.

Customer Success & Retention

  • Ensure solution delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Proactively manage satisfaction and ensure long-term retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with presales for scoping demos documentation and closures.
  • Work with marketing to execute digital and event-based client engagement plans.
  • Share market and client feedback with product teams for continuous improvement.

Must

  • Experience working with enterprise clients.
  • Background in SAP finance tech or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Strong communication stakeholder management
