Key Responsibilities:
Account Management and Relationship Building
- Map and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships; ensure all data is updated in CRM.
- Understand client industries identify opportunities and position relevant solutions.
- Act as the single point of contact for key accounts across products issues and escalations.
Revenue Growth
- Drive consultative selling with clear account-wise business targets.
- Customize offerings in collaboration with internal teams to meet client goals.
- Manage pricing commercials contract renewals and SLA adherence.
Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure solution delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Proactively manage satisfaction and ensure long-term retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with presales for scoping demos documentation and closures.
- Work with marketing to execute digital and event-based client engagement plans.
- Share market and client feedback with product teams for continuous improvement.
Must
- Experience working with enterprise clients.
- Background in SAP finance tech or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Strong communication stakeholder management
