Lead the team responsible for provisioning de-provisioning and modifying user access across various business applications and infrastructure systems.
Manage onboarding/offboarding processes in alignment with HR inputs and IT policies.
Monitor access requests via ESM tool ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of access roles entitlements and user permissions
Coordinate periodic user access reviews (UARs) and recertification campaigns across all critical applications and systems.
Work with business and application owners to ensure timely completion of access reviews.
Validate and track recertification results and follow up on remediation of exceptions or violations.
Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign progress completion rates and compliance metrics.
Implement and enforce application-specific access controls in accordance with organizational policies and compliance requirements (e.g. SoD least privilege).
Ensure LeanIX update and manage Master tracker for inscope applications.
Interact with the regional teams world-wide and ensure KPIs are met
Act as the primary point of contact for audits and compliance reviews related to access management
Lead and mentor a team of access management analysts.
Conduct regular team reviews and support in training.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation to enhance process efficiency and reduce access-related risks.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
Experience :
8 years of experience in Access Management or Identity Governance roles with at least 12 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong background in user access provisioning access reviews and control frameworks.
Experience with IAM tools ITSM systems and compliance reporting
