Key Responsibilities:
* Lead menu innovation food presentation and concept development aligned with brand standards
* Train mentor and manage a diverse multicultural culinary team
* Manage food cost inventory vendor management and kitchen budgeting
* Maintain stringent hygiene HACCP and safety protocols
* Collaborate with F&B and management teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Handle high profile events VIP dining and personalised culinary requests
Requirements
* 8 10 years of experience in luxury hotel kitchens luxury brands or upscale brands.
* Proven record in managing large culinary brigades and multi-outlet operations
* Strong knowledge of global cuisines modern techniques and menu engineering
* Excellent leadership planning and communication skills
* Passionate innovative and quality-driven
