Overview
We are currently seeking a Sales Projects Manager to lead the Project Sales function in the Egyptian market. This high-impact role is responsible for driving business growth setting and achieving sales targets and building a strong sales pipeline in the projects channel. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership a solid understanding of the Egyptian market and strong experience in the building materials sector. Experience in the KSA market is a plus but not mandatory.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies and business plans for the Projects Channel in Egypt.
- Forecast and plan expected sales volumes revenues and profitability.
- Lead inspire and grow the project sales team to exceed set targets and KPIs.
Sales Operations & Client Development
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding evolving needs.
- Identify emerging opportunities and stay abreast of competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure client-centric offerings.
Reporting & Market Insight
- Present regular reports on sales performance revenue expenses and market forecasts.
- Continuously monitor the market landscape to adjust plans and stay ahead of trends.
Innovation & Team Enablement
- Implement new sales practices and contribute to change management programs.
- Maximize team performance through coaching development and performance management.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: . in Engineering or any related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in project sales and commercial roles.
- Industry: Proven experience in the building materials industry is a must.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English required.
- Bonus: Prior experience in the Saudi market is an advantage but not required.
