Job Description

Your key responsibilities will be handling daily remarketing process such as:

Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise regularly with HQ teams such as SOS Remarketing EQA Booking Team Cash Management Product Team and local Remarketing teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues but also within the operations team with VAT import export deregistration and other activities.

Merchant Relationship & Compliance: Collaborate with Account Managers/Key Account Managers (AM/KAMs) on merchant blocking processes for overdue invoices tracking payment statuses and facilitating negotiation agreements (extensions settlement agreements goodwill proof of payment). Request Proof of Payment (POP) when needed.


Special Process Handling: Manage requests for Special Flow for merchants which allows payment before car reception ensuring all necessary documentation and internal credit checks are performed often escalating to finance when required. Process requests for VAT deductible proforma purchases ensuring merchants are approved for pre-invoice payments.

Transaction Management: Oversee and facilitate the approval process for high-value cars (over 50k EUR) before they go online and after auction ensuring all required confirmations from Head/Director/VP are obtained.


Pricing & Status Updates: Process price change requests for cars in various statuses (e.g. Status 15) ensuring adherence to guidelines proper documentation (invoices proformas) and relevant approvals based on reasons like contractual margins BPM intracommunity deals or package deals.


Invoicing & Payments: Support the semi-automated invoicing process for service fees claim compensations and additional services ensuring merchant billing information is accurate in Admin. Assist in managing payment blockers particularly for cars over 50k EUR


Qualifications :

Proven experience in an operations or process management role preferably within the automotive or B2B sector.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and process execution.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal for effective interaction with internal teams and external merchants.
Ability to navigate and utilize various internal systems and forms (e.g. Google Sheet/ Excel Google Forms web systems Looker Studio dashboards etc).
Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to identify issues and follow established resolution paths.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced high-volume environment.


Additional Information :

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
