General Labor/Sandblasting
Pay: $18/hour DOE
Shift: MondayFriday 8:00am 4:45pm
Location: Tulsa

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a General Labor/Sandblasting position at a Tulsa-based facility. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple departments. The ideal candidate for the General Labor/Sandblasting position will have forklift experience and be comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments while performing physical tasks throughout the day.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year forklift operating experience.
- Load and unload using a forklift.
- Pack orders as needed.
- Pressure wash and degrease equipment.
- Work in multiple departments based on daily needs.
- Maintain a consistent job history.
- Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces.
- Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray guns in a spray booth.
- Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure proper surface preparation before coating.
- Cure coated items in industrial ovens per specifications.
- Maintain and clean equipment spray booths and work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Read and interpret work orders blueprints and technical drawings.
- Monitor coating thickness and finish quality.
- Assist with loading and unloading parts from racks and ovens.
- Perform routine maintenance on sandblasting and coating equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating materials.
- Ability to stoop kneel bend push and pull.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments.
- Must be able to stand for 810 hours daily.
- Willingness to work in different departments as needed.
