The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. Were revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
As Senior Product Manager U.S. Digital Health you will help commercialize and manage ourecosystem of digital health tools and initiatives that impact lines of business across the organization and build an environment conducive to forming high-performing teams. This role offers an opportunity to bring digital experiences to healthcare professionals and consumersthat can improve health outcomes at a scale that few other companies can match.
As part of the US Marketing team you will work with internal stakeholders in a highly collaborative setting to coordinate the launch of app and software releases/updates through the US Marketing Channels. You will be supported as well as rewarded for your performance in a dynamic environment offering opportunities for development and growth. What Youll Work On
- Be the product expert for Abbotts digital ecosystem with in-depth knowledge of software and hardware features market trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Work with Global Strategic Marketing Commercial Strategy and US Marketing to develop and localize US baseline marketing materials including claims messaging FAQs and training materials to support upcoming releases
- Collaborate with key cross functional partners to develop the Go to Market plans including marketing regulatory legal and ad & promo implications to new product releases.
- Lead cross functional digital project sprint team meetings including charter development strategic objectives project plans/timelines support channel tactic plans launch execution updates and management presentations to support commercialization efforts.
- Partner with Regulatory and Ad & Promo to identify and prioritize channel marketing materials needed for upcoming launches.
- Liaise with Global Strategic Marketing Project Management Office and Commercial Strategy to stay up to date on upcoming releases and the product portfolio roadmap
- Up to 15% travel
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing marketing product management or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Successful app launch experience with seamless delivery and adoption of new app features
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong cross functional skills
- Critical thinking and analytics to drive outstanding mobile practices and engagement
- Experience in helping guide user acquisition engagement and conversion
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity about mobile apps ecosystems
- Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships
