Customer Service Representative
Location: Delmont PA (onsite)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our tight-knit this role youll manage order processing coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries and handle customer inquiries with professionalism. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders ensuring accuracy in pricing terms quantities and delivery details
- Manage escalated inquiries related to shipment tracking shortages overages and product quality
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to meet customer delivery expectations
- Process product returns and invoice adjustments promptly and accurately
- Maintain up-to-date pricing records initiate price changes and process sample requests
- Provide sales teams with regular updates on orders pricing discrepancies and competitive activity
- Participate in periodic inventory audits and support logistics coordination when needed
Qualifications
- 1 years of customer service experience within manufacturing or distribution
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with basic math skills
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
